After my own wedding in 2023, my approach to photographing weddings changed drastically. It shifted what I should be capturing and putting the most time into while shooting. My style became a bit more candid, started focusing less on all the details and staged photos of the couple or bridal party and making sure to capture the real moments. I have always made sure to capture each guests and now want to capture the vibe the guests are experiencing that day. Adding film has helped me be more intentional in the moments I put the most value into on a day. I want to encourage people to be in the moment as much as possible.
